Mango Cilantro Salsa

Ready in 15 minutes

Servings - 6-8

This fresh. tasty (and nutritious) salsa is sure to bump up your taco game!

It is a great source of vitamin C, Vitamin A, fibre, folate, antioxidants, and more!


2 fresh mango, diced

1 medium red pepper, diced

1 Tbsp red onion, finely diced

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced


1. Prepare all ingredients as listed above.

2. Mix, serve, enjoy!


Serve with Mexican dishes, such as fish tacos, breakfast burrito, or by itself! To boost up the freshness even more, feel free to add some diced cucumber.
